All areas on the guest form MUST be filled out correctly and completely. Completed guest forms must be placed in the locked mailbox at the rifle range shooting pavilion before the guest may begin shooting.
Club officers review these forms weekly and we are required to collect this information for all guests. If these forms are not filled out completely and correctly, the club member responsible for the guest will be held accountable. Repeat offenders will be fined, and/or lose their membership.

A member may infrequently bring guests (no more than two at a time) to the club. The member retains responsibility for their guest's actions while on association property. All members must have their guest fill out a guest release form. This form must be filled out in its entirety and put in the provided mailbox each visit. Failure to do so will result in the member losing their membership. A guest is limited to 3 visits. Afterward, the guest must determine if they will become a member or no longer utilize the club facilities.
